Exhibitor space will be open for attendees to browse and meet you from Thursday, September 26 through Saturday, September 28 at the Loews Kansas City Hotel, 1515 Wyandotte Street, Kansas City, MO 64108. New this year, exhibitors will have the opportunity to virtually meet with those unable to attend in person via our Attendee Hub conference app.

  1. When can I register my table personnel?

  • You can register your personnel through our Week in RARE registration site, which will open on May 13th. Once you get to check out, use the discount code provided in your confirmation email to waive the registration fee.

  • Wednesday, September 25 from 1pm - 5pm

  • Thursday, September 26  from 7am - 4pm

  • Friday, September 27  from 7am- 4pm

  1. What are the set up and move out dates and hours?

  • Setup    
    • Wednesday, September 25 from 12pm - 5pm

  1. Where can table attendees pick up badges on-site?

  • Badges will be available for pick up at the event registration area in the Liberty Ballroom Foyer located on the lobby level starting at 1pm on Wednesday, September 25th.


  1. How many badges are included with my table?

  • Each exhibiting company or organization is entitled to one (1) complimentary full-access conference pass. All conference passes allow entrance to all tracks, meal functions, and events. Also, one (1) additional pass may be purchased at a discount based on the exhibitor level.


  1. Can exhibitors attend sessions? 

  • Exhibit personnel badges allow admittance into all sessions and events. 


  1. Is there an exhibit hall-only registration fee? 

  • No, to visit the exhibits, a visitor must purchase a complete conference pass.


  1. What sponsorship opportunities are available for exhibitors?


  1. What is the official hotel for the 2024 Week in RARE? 

  • Global Genes has secured a block of rooms at the Loews Hotel Kansas City. For more information about hotel availability and hotel reservations HERE. The deadline to book a room in the room block is September 3, 2024, or until the rooms are sold out.


  1. Does the table need to be manned at all times?

  • We encourage one member from your organization to be present at the table during the exhibit hours listed above.


  1. Will any meals be provided for exhibitors? 

  • With your full conference pass, all attendee meals will also be included. Times and locations for all meals will be listed on the agenda. 


  1. Where is my table located?

  • Exhibitor space will be located in the City Beautiful Foyers. A floor plan with your booth number will be provided in September. 


  1. Will AV be provided at the tables?

   

  1. Can I ship materials directly to the Loews Hotel Kansas City? 

  • Yes, you may ship materials directly to the hotel. Exhibitors are responsible for all shipping and handling fees inbound and outbound. Click here for shipping information.
