Setup - Tuesday, September 8 from 3pm - 5pm


Move Out - Friday,, September 11 by 12pm


What are the on-site registration dates and hours?

Wednesday, September 9th from 8am - 5pm


Where can table attendees pick up badges on-site?

Badges will be available for pick up at the event registration area in the main lobby


How many badges are included with my table?

Each exhibiting company or organization is entitled to one (1) complimentary full-access conference pass. All conference passes allow entrance to all tracks, meal functions, and events. Also one (1) additional pass may be purchased at a 50% discount.


Can exhibitors attend sessions? 

Exhibit personnel badges allow admittance into all sessions and events. 

What is the official hotel for the 2026 RARE Drug Development Symposium? 

Please note that there will not be a designated hotel for the 2026 event. All attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations.


To assist with planning, we’ve compiled a list of recommended hotels in the area. Find a list of local hotels here. We encourage you to book early to secure your preferred location and rate.

Does the table need to be manned at all times?

No. We encourage one member from your organization to be present at the table during the exhibit hours listed above.


Will any meals be provided for exhibitors? 

With your full conference pass, all attendee meals will also be included. Times and locations for all meals will be listed on the agenda


Where is my table located?

Exhibitor space will be located in the Atrium and West Branch on the main floor of the conference center. 


Can I ship materials directly to the conference center? 

Yes, you may ship materials directly to the David Rubenstein Treehouse, the earliest date of delivery is Tuesday, September 8th. All items must be removed by 12pm on Friday, September 11th. Exhibitors are responsible for all shipping and handling fees inbound and outbound.
