Advocate Support Travel Assistance (amount TBD)

Advocate Support Travel Assistance is available to individual patients, close family and friends of advocates in the RARE disease community, or staff (paid/volunteer) of RARE disease nonprofit organizations or support groups. Travel Assistance can be used to cover air, ground transportation and lodging. Attendees are not eligible for travel assistance if they received assistance in previous years.

Please note: All registrations are final and non-refundable. Advocate Support Travel Assistance is not available for all attendees, therefore if you require the Support to be able to attend we encourage you to not register until you receive confirmation of the Support funds.
